That was the beauty missive at Khaite, the rising New York City label that’s winning fans with its luxuriously simple and striking pieces (including one viral cashmere bra top and cardigan spotted recently on Katie Holmes). Collaborating with designer Catherine Holstein and stylist Vanessa Traina on the spring 2020 show over the course of 48 hours, Gucci took the concept into supernatural territory with layers of glossy texture: Tata Harper oils and masks, followed by Vital Skin foundation, Lit Up Highlight Stick, and the occasional slick of lip gloss on the eyes or cheeks.
